Once oil is hot, add cumin (jira) and fenugreek (methi) for tempering

Cook the meat until red

Add sliced onions
Add thinly sliced onions (khorshani pyaz)

After onions cook for 2 minutes, add turmeric (besar) and salt (nun)

Stir and rest
Give it one good stir and let it rest for 2-3 minutes
